ENCORE took part in the Blue Science&Technology Summer Training, organised in Ostend by Marine@UGent. This two weeks training immersed participants in marine and maritime topics and introduced key components to build strong foundations for a sustainable blue economy.

In addition to a number of guest lectures by Ghent University, Bluespring and Teamwork Technology, a full-day networking event was organised at the end of the training. This event brought together over 60 young professionals, industry actors and academics to discuss opportunities & challenges for offshore renewable energy, followed by a matchmaking lunch and job fair.
